While Entergy Mississippi offers this instant incentive experience for our customers, Entergy's trusted partner, Uplight, owns and manages this site and fulfills product orders.

What can I buy on Entergy Solutions Marketplace?
We offer a variety of advanced smart thermostats, advanced power strips, LED light bulbs, air filters, EV chargers and smart home products. We regularly add new products, and we update our inventory according to demand and availability.
How do I review a product?
You can add a review by clicking on the product, scrolling down to the “Product Reviews” tab and clicking on “Write a review.”
Which products are eligible for incentives?
Entergy Mississippi offers instant incentives on advanced smart thermostats, Tier I and Tier 2 advanced power strips. Below each product, you'll see a quick description of any available incentives.
How do I apply for incentives?
When products eligible for an instant incentive are added to your cart, an “Apply Incentives” button will appear. Click “Apply Incentives” and complete the verification process. Your instant incentive will be automatically applied after verification.
Is everyone eligible for an incentive?
To be eligible for incentives, you must be an Entergy Mississippi residential customer. We will verify your eligibility during the checkout process. Eligible customers may receive a $75 incentive for each advanced smart thermostat installed, up to two incentives per household. You must agree to install the advanced smart thermostat in the home served by your Entergy Mississippi account.
Entergy Mississippi residential customers are eligible for up to a $25 incentive on qualifying advanced power strip products. Incentives are limited to two advanced power strips per eligible household. You must agree to install the advanced power strip in the home served by your Entergy Mississippi account.
How do I find out if I’m eligible for an instant incentive?
There are a few ways we can determine your eligibility:
- Enter your Entergy Mississippi service address during the “Apply Incentives” process at check-out and click “Check Eligibility.”
- Enter your Entergy Mississippi account number during the “Apply Incentives” process at check-out and click “Check Eligibility.”
Please note that you must agree to the Incentives Terms and Conditions to be eligible for instant incentives.
What are the terms and conditions for Entergy Mississippi instant incentives?
Entergy Mississippi residential customers may receive a $75 incentive for each advanced smart thermostat installed, up to two incentives per household. Entergy Mississippi residential customers may receive up to a $25 incentive for each advanced power strip installed, up to two incentives per household.
As part of the terms and conditions, customers also have to acknowledge that they are purchasing from Entergy Mississippi's trusted Marketplace.

How do I get a discount code?
Entergy Solutions Marketplace may email special discount codes throughout the year.
How do I apply my discount code?
Discount codes are entered and applied in the “Discount” field during checkout.
What payment methods are accepted on Entergy Solutions Marketplace?

Why wasn’t I able to complete my credit card transaction?

How can I view and print my order confirmation?
You’ll receive a confirmation email with all your order details.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number for your shipment as soon as we release it to the delivery company. We cannot adjust your shipping address once your order has shipped.
Note: During peak seasonal and promotional periods, shipping estimates may be slightly delayed 3-5 business days. Please be on the lookout for your tracking email.
The item I bought is now on sale. Can I get a price match?
Because sales and promotions have strict dates set by the manufacturer, our company policy does not allow us to price match orders placed before or after the advertised sale period. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Can I cancel an order?
In order to get your order to you as quickly as possible, we begin processing your shipment immediately after you hit "submit". This means that, unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders for in stock items.
Why is my item on backorder?
On rare occasions, popular products may be temporarily sold out but usually will be back in stock quickly. If you’d like to adjust your order, please visit our Contact Us page or call 844-373-5822. We are happy to help.

Will Entergy Mississippi install my thermostat?
Entergy Mississippi does not offer installation services on advanced smart thermostats purchased through the Entergy Solutions Marketplace. Please be aware of the installation requirements for each thermostat before purchasing. To check installation compatibility, please review the following:
- Some thermostats offered on the Marketplace require a C-Wire connection during installation to power the device, such as Honeywell Home and Emerson Sensi thermostats.
- Make sure to check your current wiring before purchasing any thermostat, and consult the installation information shown above.
All warranties are provided by the product manufacturer, with the exception of Honeywell Home thermostats. Please visit the product manufacturer website for warranty information, or for Honeywell Home thermostats visit the Contact Us page so we can discuss available options. Entergy Mississippi does not warranty or service products sold on this site.
